Website Design
Your website should grow with your business. I use Divi to create custom, flexible designs that I then hand over to you. I’ll set everything up so you can take the wheel for day-to-day updates, saving you time and money. Of course, I'm always here for the heavy lifting, but for the small stuff, you’re in total control.
Branding & Logo
I don't just hand over a file and disappear. I build 'living' brands. Once your identity is crafted, I’ll provide a simple Brand Style Guide and the exact assets you need for social media and print. It’s professional design made easy, so you can keep your brand looking perfect even when I’m not in the room.
Consistent Scheduling & Management
You’ll never have to worry about a "silent" profile again. I handle the daily logistics of your social channels, scheduling posts at peak times for your audience and keeping your feeds active and professional while you focus on running your business.
Community Engagement & Growth
Social media is a two-way street. I monitor your profiles to respond to comments and interact with local followers, building a loyal community around your brand. By using local hashtags and engagement tactics, I help increase your visibility within the Torbay area and beyond.
Reputation Management
keep a constant eye on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Trustpilot to ensure no customer feedback goes unnoticed. By responding promptly and professionally to both glowing praise and constructive criticism, I show the public that your business is active, attentive, and deeply cares about customer satisfaction.
